My career in Inside Sales

With a background in Engineering, I always had a passion for technology. During my MBA in Marketing, I realized that I enjoyed the business side of tech, particularly sales. My early career stints in Inside Sales helped me discover my ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Technology sales felt like the perfect blend of my technical knowledge and business skills, allowing me to solve real-world challenges for clients.

As a Senior Executive in Inside Sales, my role involves driving lead generation and nurturing relationships with potential clients. On a day-to-day basis, I collaborate close-ly with the industry sales teams to identify new business opportunities. I manage client communications, understand their technology needs, and propose suitable solutions from our digital services portfolio. My role also involves tracking the sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to closing deals

Certifications in sales or digital marketing can help you stand out. Above all, be persistent and customer-centric; understanding your clients’ needs is the key to success in this field.
