Recently, it has come to our attention that fraudulent job recruitment email using the fake domains such as “hitachids.us,”  “hitachidigital.us,” “hitachidsus.us,” and “hitachidigitalservices.us” have been circulating, notifying recruitment agencies, staffing partners of empanelment and simultaneously job seekers of shortlisting and interviews. These scam emails can be convincing.
Hitachi only uses the domains “hitachids.com,” “hitachidigital.com” and “hitachi.com.” Please note that Hitachi will never request for monetary deposits (whether refundable or not) in return for onboarding, interviews, shortlisting or promise of appointment.

We want to ensure that you stay informed, alert, and safe from such malicious activities from scamsters.

Some do’s :

1. Research the employer: Always verify the company’s website and contact information. Use official channels to reach out and confirm.
2. Use trusted sources: Please leverage our career page and our LinkedIn pages to find open positions in the organization.
3. Perform diligence on your suppliers: Request official documentation and other appropriate materials to ensure your suppliers are legitimate, legally operating entities.
