The role
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

What you’ll bring
+ Strong knowledge of UI/UX for industrial control systems (ICS) or mission-critical applications.
+ Experience with Figma and Wireframing tools
+ 3+ years UI/UX experience in any complex system (railway preferred but not required)
+ Portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, not just mobile/web apps
