A member of the Hitachi Digital Services Advisory Council, Jason Ballard is a seasoned technology and digital transformation executive who serves as vice president of Supply Chain Management & Fulfillment Transformation at Toyota Motor North America.
In this role, Jason leads the company’s multi-year transformation for the North American end to end supply chain and fulfillment transformation.
Since joining Toyota more than 20 years ago, Jason has held various IT roles, first leading the strategic direction of technology products and services. Over the past decade, he has specialized in business technology delivery, providing solutions with tangible outcomes that enable functions across the business to achieve their strategic objectives. Prior to his current role in Supply Chain, he led the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) Platform and Digital Platform Engineering and Architecture departments, where he focused on key business functions, including IT platforms, cloud engineering, infrastructure, and global digital transformation. He also oversaw the company’s new electric vehicle battery plant in North Carolina. Jason’s experience spans design, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions. Jason is a board member of the Dallas/Fort Worth World Affairs Council and has also co-authored two books on Microsoft technology.
Jason graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in business, concentrating in decision science and information systems.
