This Hosted Services Addendum must be read in conjunction with the Software License Terms (Base Terms) and governs the customer’s rights to use Hitachi Vantara software for the purpose of the customer providing hosted services to end users.
NOTE: As of Nov 1, 2023, Hitachi Digital Services spun off from Hitachi Vantara as an independent digital consultancy and technology company, as detailed in this Press Release.
