Julie is the head of Human Resources for Hitachi Digital Services, and is responsible for all aspects of our people strategy, including attracting, developing, and retaining talent, driving our culture, and creating an environment where our people can thrive professionally.
Julie is an accomplished HR leader with 30 years of professional experience and has a passion for driving innovation and culture in the workplace. Julie joined Hitachi in 2022 and has served in various roles in the HR business partner and talent disciplines. She has significant experience in the digital services industry and held a number of leadership roles during her fifteen-year tenure with Accenture, where she focused on transformation, culture and aligning talent strategies to business outcomes. Prior to Accenture, Julie worked in the financial services industry and has been an HR professional for her entire professional career.
