The report concludes that managed services help organizations make significant gains in meeting business-critical requirements for storage uptime, accessibility and responsiveness while reducing the burden organizations face in designing, deploying, maintaining, and operating their environments.
The analysis found benefits of $25.88 million over six years versus costs of $8.24 million, adding up to a net present value (NPV) of $17.64 million and an ROI of 214%.
