The team

• Work with business users and stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Analyze the overall business environment, business requirements, objectives, and needs Use systems.
• Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
• Provide developers with clear requirements specifications to enable them to produce quality software.

The role

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
• At least 10 years of experience as Business/System Analyst with a few years in leading application development. (Experience in Banking or Financial industry is preferred)
• Experience in developing business process and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD.)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties.
• Proficiency with Java, Spring boot, C++, C# .Net, .Net Core Visual Studio, Python or other similar reporting tools Jira, Confluence etc.
• Strong in English and Thai in both Written and Speaking.

What you’ll bring

• Record and track team risks and issues and change logs, ensuring accurate information is maintained.
• Work closely with a team of product owners, designers, and other engineers to build class-leading experiences for our customers.
• Establish an effective working relationship with overseas development team
