Industry 4.0 Data Engineer

The team
You'll be part of an innovative engineering team that specializes in the development and deployment of advanced Industrial IOT (IIOT) systems. The team collaborates closely with cross-functional departments, including applications and data management partners, to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions. Your contributions will be essential to ensuring seamless data flow, system functionality, and integration across diverse platforms. The team is currently focused on Data Broker Data Management, Time-series Databases, Integration with existing legacy systems, and migrating time-series data to the Cloud.
The role
You’ll be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining database pipeline solutions for time-series databases, PostgreSQL, and AWS Cloud systems. This includes optimizing data storage and retrieval processes for performance and cost-efficiency. You will develop and maintain ETL pipelines and APIs, integrating third-party application data and MQTT data brokers while ensuring security and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will automate CI/CD processes for faster and more reliable application delivery, contributing to an agile team environment focused on scaling IIOT systems.
