I love Hitachi where the voice of employees is respected, both people and client is at the forefront and quality is the priority

My Hitachi journey and how it evolved

I have worked for this company for over 19 years – I joined as a fresher immediately after I graduated from the University of Science. I can say that the company and the people here have witnessed my growth, my success, and also been with me in tough times.

In my current position, I am contributing to strategic planning for growing resources for the company, not only the quantity but also quality of resources. We always need to allocate qualified resources to suitable projects. Simultaneously, these projects should also provide a good environment for our employees to develop their careers. Balancing all these aspects are challenging but makes me excited and motivated to contribute even more.

What keeps me at Hitachi

Hitachi has an amazing environment to nurture talent. I have great leaders who trust and coach me continuously and help me evolve in my career. In addition, I have had the chance to join professional training abroad to progress my career. I also have super cool colleagues who always work side-by-side with me to deliver high quality work; all of us draw tremendous joy and pride from our work and success.

And I believe our “powering good” spirit and our strong ability will lead us to go further.

The benefits of working for Hitachi Vietnam

The company gives us a good environment to learn and grow. While working at Hitachi, I have been sent on several special training courses such as Hitachi Quality in Japan, GAP-M program for middle manager in Singapore etc. The company also invested in my learning through project management professional course, SAFe Program Consultant and CMMi Appraisal Team Members.

Here are some of the attractive aspects of a Hitachi career:
– Being an integral part of a dynamic and fast-growing global enterprise
– Professional Training & Coaching
– Opportunities for advanced career development overseas, including the US, Japan
– Competitive & attractive compensation and benefits packages
– Allowance for academy degrees and language certification
– Subsidy for transportation and meals.
– 13th month salary for top performers
– Incentive Program/Bonus
– Additional International Insurance Package for employees
– Company trip for employees

Our hybrid way of working

I think hybrid way of working is great with its benefits such as: improved work-life balance, more efficient use of time, control over work hours and work location, burnout mitigation, and higher productivity. Hybrid work provides the flexibility for employees to work in ways that are most effective for them.

On days when we are at office, we have some engaging activities to connect with our peers and learn from each other.

              Meet Our People

Hear from our employees all over the world about the goals they’ve achieved, their career journeys and how life at Hitachi makes a difference.

When I heard that there was a Mental Health First Aid initiative at Hitachi, I immediately wanted to get involved

The best way is to lead with an example, so that other women know it is possible. I would say guide, mentor, and help them with anything they need
