PLM Program Manager
We’re Hitachi Digital Services, a global digital solutions and transformation business. Our expertise, innovation, and technology unlock potential – from taking theme park fans on magical rides, conserving natural resources, protecting rainforests, and saving lives. We automate, modernize, optimize, and accelerate. Our people are trusted transformers, with deep engineering expertise, focused on a sustainable future for all.
Imagine the sheer breadth of talent it takes to inspire the future. We don’t expect you to ‘fit’ every requirement – your life experience, character, perspective, and passion for achieving great things in the world are equally important to us.
We are seeking an experienced PLM Program Manager to lead and oversee a global Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM systems, proven leadership in global deployments, and the ability to act as a PLM process consultant to drive workshops, define processes, and capture business requirements.
Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of a global Siemens Teamcenter PLM solution, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while managing cross-functional teams.
Process Consulting: Act as a PLM process consultant to facilitate workshops with stakeholders, identify current and future-state processes, and produce detailed process maps and documentation.
Business Requirement Definition: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in alignment with organizational goals and PLM best practices.
Solution Architecture Oversight: Provide guidance on solution design and ensure alignment with business processes and system capabilities, particularly in Siemens Teamcenter.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Change Management & Training: Develop and execute change management plans, including training programs and user adoption strategies, to ensure a smooth transition to the new PLM system.
Experience Requirements: Bring 14+ years of overall experience, with at least one successful end-to-end global PLM implementation, preferably in Siemens Teamcenter.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and deep expertise in PLM processes to deliver value-driven solutions for our organization.
